Our high specification, rigorously engineered, infrastructure is housed in two state of the art hosting centres in the centre of London, which are monitored and managed 24/7/365 to prevent or rapidly fix any problems that arise.

Our connections to the internet are via separate and redundant connections supplied by different, independent Tier 1 providers. Network traffic is constantly monitored, and usage always remains significantly below capacity.

With two secure hosting facilities and full data mirroring between sites, we ensure that our network and data storage devices have no single point of failure. Gateway routers are configured for automated fail-over, so if internet access via one becomes unavailable, the other gateway will take-over and provide continuity of service.




Our data centres are protected by full electronic access control, including biometric palm scanners. Security personnel are present 24*7 with full intrusion detection system and CCTV monitoring throughout.
